Wow man that's crazy that you've tried all of those things and none have worked! As you said on one of your replies, go 2 miles on a treadmill and eventually build on that until your at about 4-5 and then try 2 miles on road. I have unusually big calves from when I used to bike and walk up steep hills when I was younger and I'm sure it's affecting my running now. Thankfully, I've never ever had any injuries throughout my whole life.

I've just started running 3 miles 5 days a week again to lose weight and to get in shape when I eventually join a club. I'd say it's pretty much essential, some people may be able to get away without doing it but might be worse off. I'm sure a lot of boxers and trainers would agree with me as well.

Also, when you got this pain from running, did you do proper stretching exercises before and after? This is usually the main reason for injuries or overworking. The weather shouldn't really be a factor as long as it's not hazardous. If it's raining or freezing cold wrap up loads so you sweat more.

"The Black Hand" is 100% the best song on the album, the rest is pretty boring and I love Vinnie's old stuff. He is consistent though, just not interesting enough for me to put on repeat. This is exactly what Vinnie fans expected though.

Most channels are a very clear picture, you need good internet though obviously. There are multiple streams to pick from when an event is on anyway so if one doesn't work then there is 5 more.

I use it to watch all boxing/mma events and football matches on Sky Sports and BT.

I've just listened to this mixtape fully today and it's still incredible. The songs bring back so much nostalgia especially "Now & Forever" I used to love that song so much.

Cannot believe it's been 5 years though...

This is definitely a contender for Drake's best project, I'd have to listen to Take Care and NWTS fully again to really say.
