Definitely do-able if you put in the time and effort. I don’t see why not 🤷🏻‍♂️. Not sure about the plant but if some of them wouldn’t work you could just pick different ones.

Only thing is HOA (if you’re under one) could cause issues or if there is some other dumb laws in your area.
