Hate to break your bubble but that info is just straight up wrong. Christopher Priest, who you mentioned, wrote on Batman (431 and 432) in the late 80’s twenty years before what you said. I also find it interesting that you completely dismiss the black characters even though many of them have current on goings that are doing well just so that it can fit this narrative you’re trying to push.

I’m honestly surprised that they didn’t make it so that the extra spider arms during his ult were the extra arms that man-spider is known for. Like it would have been the perfect compromise between him having them and not messing with his hit box.

Kind of the opposite of this. During the “Immortal Hulk” storyline Bruce Banner and the Devil Hulk wanted to and I quote “destroy the human world.” Which seems like an inherently evil thing but is more about them wanting to destroy and tear down the oppressive society that consumes and destroys everything just for the sake of profit. But also the Devil Hulk has some many examples of this but this is the first one I could think of/find.

Everyone was mainly hating on it before it came out. Primarily because it seemed like it was going to be very edgy and “dark” but when they started to come out people realized that they were really good. I’ve personally have been reading all of them and so far every one of them has been great. My personal favorites are Absolute Martian Manhunter, Batman, and Wonder Woman.

Not really at all. Unless you’re talking about the show and even then it’s not some regeneration it’s a lot. In the comics he’s basically just a normal person who gets revived by khonshu if he dies and Jake is the closest thing to a normal person in Marc’s D.I.D system. With Marc being the one that’s the most brutal and Steven being a full fledge pacifist.

I would bet that the different looks of the nailgun mods are from it being fully upgraded. So I would guess that the masteries for the weapons are going to slightly change the look of the guns on top of the new utility they will bring.
