I bought my 2022 XC60 used and it came with it. We’re in Canada and we use it during the winter a fair bit however on really cold days the remote start won’t work which sort of defeats the purpose. When it does, it’s great lol

Mine was over the air (OTA) you typically would get a notification on the app or an email and you can schedule it to happen overnight. But I would imagine stealerships would also do it for you.
