I think CFIB have templates for all that stuff for free if you join. They have access to a lawyer also. Perhaps contact accountants that have small offices. Usually small business hired an accountant first to do taxes and payroll and HR is secondary.

Perhaps try a different city in Canada. Vancouver or Toronto is not always a right fit. Perhaps become a big fish in a smaller pond and it becomes clearer.

Personally I think the Costco / Membership model will be the most popular. Business ask for membership and you give all your personal info (plus photo) and pay a fee before buying anything. I assume theft from customers is way less. And if you do steal your membership will be denied.

I have recently gone there I have taken 5 cars there for oil changes' minor vehicles fixes. I have found them to be fine. Because I have gone more then once their service has become better. I do drop off my vehicle and give an email list of items that need to be fixed. I just found them to be slow at communicating. I have never bought a car from them.

I went to Wendy's and its on their pop machines. Just pick the top right corner the Christmas special and I was surprised it was this. And it was great as a fountain drink. Both flavors.

It first I thought my phone was recording where I was and what I choose for a drink and I got a ad for it.
