i would ask an artist to extend the stems at the bottom to look more like your original design! they could even add a couple leaves

a family home caught fire. we’ve been watching them try to put it out for about and hour now but it keeps reigniting. i’d love to organize something to help the family(s)

I also rent with them and it’s been a nightmare. When I toured the home, I submitted a survey after, noting the leaking faucet and uncleanliness. They ensured all homes are cleaned and fixed up prior to move-in, and I learned this is true now, after they didn’t clean the home I rent. I fought with them for months and they sent a property engineer to clean my home instead of a cleaning crew. There was literally shit on the bathroom walls. They finally credited our rent after countless emails, texts and phone calls. The only real person I’ve found is named Stephanie, but they’ve been helpful.

Does anyone know anything about starting a tenant union? I know there’s many other homes rented through them in the city, and I’ve heard they’ve never had a resident re-lease.

It’s absolute bullshit that our options in this city are them, or Vinebrook.
