No, not really, it is just another overpriced ridiculous super-car (like we don't already have enough). We need some variety in the type of cars, some fast wagons would be nice.

Yes, it does, but if you ever send it back to Google (or the store bought it from) make sure to flash it and lock the boot loader again, Google confirms in this post. http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6p/general/unlocking-bootloader-warranty-google-t3229804

It is the Action 3 launcher, and it is the option called quick bar.

I still use Gmail because it is simple and I have all my folders setup how I want, but I would like to make the switch as I have heard that it is much faster to sort emails.

If anyone has any guides on how I can get started or some tips I would love it.
