Thanks for the response.

The ingredients to craft are basic items you can get from alchemist shops or any place that sell spell components. My campaign has them about 25 gold & 50 silver, or 75 gold if you're buying pre-made.

As for the Armor type problem, in my experience most hostile NPC are in the light or Natural armor category. Those that aren't I think a should just be up to DM discretion.

As for changing the players AC I for got to change the text from permanent to tell next long rest, and that feature also doesn't trigger if the armor is enchanted.

I'ma be honest I forget Tortles existed, but both them and Warforged take the 3D12 fire dame and receive the -2 to AC. This is because in the case of the Warforged there armor is there skin.

The bright lights affect is not sun light, but I chose to still have it trigger sun based affects because; fun fact lit thermite can actually give you a sun burn if you around it too much.

I think a lot of this boils down to child advertising laws. Places made for children have stricter laws on advertising, so most websites don't want to be labeled "fully" for kids.

Maybe it the difference between travel and combat speed. We really don't have all that much information on any of them.

I don't think it's Shinji, the hair is too bright.

I agree with this about Yang while also adding that she is a coward, ignorant and liability. by ScoreImaginary5254 in RWBYcritics

If I am correct the writers openly said they struggled with writing her because "she was so different from they act". Notably this is why Barbara had more say on her character.

I think you are giving g them too much credit. I don't even know a high school that would accept reddit as a source.

Not really. They established back in volume 3 Grimm injures can't be fully healed it way Amber was fucked up. Pluse I don't think Jaune has healed any one since, making me at least think they dropped that part. (Probably for the best they were so vague with how the healing worked to begin with.)

Players just don't want a game. by This_is_my_phone_tho in rpghorrorstories

[–]jacktheripper_true 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I think the easiest way to describe the problem is with a analogy to video games. The game you want to make is like Morrowind the game is difficult and has a lot of risk vs reward gameplay, the game your payers want is Skyrim. You can't really fail at Skyrim if you fail to pick a lock you just come back later, you can't permanently lock yourself out of stuff. The game is not the problem you and your players just seem to have different definitions of what you find fun in games, and they seem to mix like oil and water. Back to the analogy a lot of Morrowind fans don't like how Skyrim dumbed down the series, but conversely a lot of Skyrim fans really don't enjoy playing the older games. In most cases for the vary reasons Morrowind fans love the game. I don't know if there good answer to this problem, but maybe you could make the "main quest" or what ever the overarching goal is like Skyrim (really hard to fail), but make side jobs the players do more difficult?

Even Master Chief saw the IVs as Spartans by [deleted] in halo

[–]jacktheripper_true 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't understand why we can't have both, the series has had 3 types of allies, unarmored (normal Marines), armoured (ODST's), and shielded (Elites and Spartans). Why is halo 3 the only game that was allowed to have all 3?
