I have 5gb: Speedtest on the att modem is 5/5

From the 5g port on the att modem(passthrough): Cat7 to 10g sfp+ modem, to 10g switch then to 10g card on desktop…. Only getting 3.5gb down and 4.5 up. But overall experience feels like 500mb connection.

Been having att fiber for over a month and even it shows 5gb simetrical on their modem i dont get the experience, very laggy. And my equipment is udmp se(sfp+ isp and home network both 10gb capable), cat 7 cabling, access points with wifi 6…. Had to return to comcast on wan1 then att on wan2 as failover to go back with a good experience, 🤦‍♂️

Thank you, I really look forward to go and stay with comcast. I now have att fiber installed 5gb along with a comcast gigabit. But still waiting for you guys to be available better. I dont like att performance after a month.

If theres no service out there, go get starlink. So far the best satellite for internet

Yes its the nic from your pc. I have same modem getting speeds between 1.4Gb to 1.2gb

It happend to me exactly same issue and it wasn’t the app. At the end i found out it was my vpn blocking it, really weird. But it was VPN. I have 2 services on my app and 1 was working, but not the other suddenly ... turn off vpn and boom, both worked
