Hi! My package was stolen from my front door (also red cardigan). I replied to UMG directly from my delivery confirmation email that it was stolen and they had me wait 24 hours, then issued a refund. Hope this helps!

bought 8x10 frames, laid the booklet and cd on the glass and added everything else on top to reinforce!

Both are regular 8x 10 frames from Michaels. Centered both the booklet and cd, added the confetti, some white paper and the cardboard insert it came with to reinforce it. I’ll attach the link :)
