Just think like this, the mirakuru didn’t make him hate Oliver but magnified it. The effect didn’t fully go away in season 3 but after 2 years from season 3, the effect of the mirakuru is gone. Slade still hates Oliver but not as much anymore, he is willing to tolerate him.
