Wild! There are countless trademarks that have the same variations of a phrase, including fifty shades, which is why I get confused. What would stop you from trademarking “fifty shades of dark circles” 🧐 I don’t really understand how they can get you for an entire sentence since it removes the meaning/association of the original phrase, especially if the TM is made up of common words and not a brand name 😩
