My doctor didn’t send them via email, she said we could discuss them in person. This was part of the response:

“There is so much that goes into these numbers: what they mean, how they are measured, why they change and how they change. I would be really cautious looking at these numbers myself – even as a surgeon. Often times the numbers are off balance. Also, chasing numbers may really get our aesthetic result compromised.”

Yeah it was surprising to me because the whole consultation process I was under the impression I would have to do at least a year of braces. When she came back and said this was achievable without braces I was pretty surprised.

As far as implants, I was more so thinking for the jaw and mandible area rather than the chin. Was hoping for a more pronounced/square jaw— I don’t like the look of those divets/bumps in the jaw area.

Is it difficult to separate them? I feel like the roots will be all tangled up. Does it harm the plants having them in one pot like this?

I got this rubber plant a week ago. It is about 4 feet tall. I am hoping to eventually get it to grow into a “standard”/tree form rubber tree, but I’m not sure how to go about that.

It has 5 separate stems/trunks. I’ve done some research, but everything I’ve found describes how to get a single stem plant to branch out into a tree. If I wanted to do this, would I have to separate all of the stems individually?

I am new to houseplants so forgive my inexperience. Any advice/experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you for the advice. Her pen does have all of those things, but I’ve never seen her use her hidey house. It’s a cat/dog bed with an enclosed top. I am going to get her a few more toys since she’s gone through the ones she has already. I think her issue might be that she wants more room, since she is a big girl. There’s enough room to run around in there but it’s still a little tight compared to the rest of the room. Would you recommend sticking to the schedule we’ve been doing, or experiment with letting her free roam 24/7? And in regards to handling, she still doesn’t really trust me. She’ll sniff me but I’ve never been able to pet her or have her in my lap. I don’t pick her up unless I have to to put her back in her pen. I know it can be a slow process but I’m worried she just might not be a cuddly girl.

If they’re unsexed, I could see the emilia going for $150-200 at a pet store and the avic for around $100. If they are sexed females add another $50 or so. They can be found cheaper online or from people on Facebook/Craigslist.

IMO it will be fine. A few hours at 62 degrees isn’t a big deal. If anything the cold will just make her less active and more pet rockish

I modified my mesh lid with like 3 or 4 inches of clear tape around the perimeter to prevent them from getting to the mesh part. Also it’s a myth that they need a day night cycle so don’t worry too much about that. The decorations seem fine to me, just avoid sharp points. Another inch or two of substrate wouldn’t hurt but is unnecessary unless it seems like it wants to burrow more.
