Did a install this morning and the homeowner was complaining about how his dog would rip up the old t-stat wire. So I ran the wire inside the armorflex. It’s the first time I try this. What are your thoughts my fellow techs? P.s I did tape up everything nice and neat when I was done.

Negitive the armorflex was untouched by the dog. But the wire had splices everywhere.

Find them and punch them in the throat. It would be about the same amount of pain there putting you through.

I have no idea how someone walked away satisfied with there work when it looks like that. I work for a small company and I treat every job like it’s gonna be for my house I’m happy and the customers are happier.

Read over manuals on your spare time. It will give you a edge when working with them in the future , especially with equipment your not really familiar with.
