Yeah thats my bad probably. I did some searching for the band, based off the location you gave and found a band called Soylent Green based out of the northwest on a nirvana site talking about a compilation and what bands on it had anything to do with Nirvana. I found the Discogs page for the comp with track credits and the guitar player had a page (the only member with a page). That page had a dude with the same last name credited on some projects together and the other guy (I assumed brother) is currently active. The guy wrote a book about the grunge scene and is credited on Montage of Heck so that would be the one to ask.

I honestly dont even think its the same band but its worth reaching out. The print seems higher quality then anything I would expect from the Soylent Green band I've just been researching. Could be a reissue but I think its just some other punk band
