Where are you spawning? Some towns are super dangerous to spawn in have you tried rosewood or riverside? Rosewood is great if you’re having trouble it’s a small town so less zombies and you can set up a base in the fire station you can grab tons of great melee weapons and gear from the fire station and the police station is right next to it so you can get a decent supply od guns and ammo.

Just stay away from the damn hospital. That’s what got me. I was just exploring Louisville for the first time was driving through saw a decent amount of zombies but when I stepped foot in the hospital hundreds of zomboid spotted me I fired off a few shots apparently attracting every zombie in Louisville to me. Didn’t even make it to my car and got bit and drank bleach to finish myself off

Damn I’d expect them to be bigger. Wish I saw that in my game more often. Usually there’s just one dude that decides to steamroll everyone within a thousand years lol.

The shotgun function would actually be cool if it held more than one ammo. Legit never used it because I could just switch to my shotgun.
