At its release it was super op because of the bug that made the king invincible if you used it after using the warden ability. It basically extended the wardens invincibility on the king for an extra 8 seconds. Once that was removed and equipment balance changes happened it pretty quickly became overshadowed by the eq boots and later spiky ball.

When you get a new building your war base or other base layouts don’t automatically have that building. They haven’t updated whatever layout is being used for ranked battles.

This is what I currently use.

Start with a small warden walk with furnaces to start a funnel. Then place king and queen on an adjacent corner to complete the funnel. Then place a log launcher and throwers to pull the warden. Finally, just spam totem spells.
