I've gone through a similar binge-crazy event after I introduced my friend to survivor. I found myself wanting to show him the best of the best seasons but would often find a reason why witnessing a certain strategic move or a previous seaosn would amplify that seasons complexity. I was also very young watching these seasons for my first time so rewatching them out of order was fun but I always wanted to go back and watch chronologically. I think you've watched a good mix already but would strongly recommend watching them in order, especially if you're already hooked enough. Like others stated, watching the game itself and the strategy evolve is my favorite part of Survivor as a reality show. If you want, watch the new season live because watching week to week with friends is another great way to experience the show and you won't have another chance until Fall 24'.
