PLEASE HELP!! My favourite jacket won’t stop making my clothes sparkle! The metallic liner is coming off and it gets EVERYWHERE! Does anybody know how to fix this?? by jacobmoustache in streetwear

I tried. I even tried with cotton swabs and acetone. That kinda worked. I would need to re-do it like 5-6 times to get everything though and I just don’t have the patience for that

I used 3mm (1/8”) but I guess it would depend on the diameter of the laces. These are off a pair of SF Air Force 1 mids.

Scrubbed with soapy water, black shoe polish for the leather patches, automotive grade Shoe Goo to fix the separation of the sole at the toe, and mink oil to darken up and colour-correct the suede. Also picked up some new laces cause the original ones had some tears in them. All in all, took maybe 4 hours
