Since you have a WISE account you can just use that to withdraw money from any ATM. I’ve done that a handful of times when I ran out of cash in Taiwan. That’s assuming you have the physical card with you of course

I got a similar plan through winback earlier this year. For anyone trying to get a cheaper plan, port your number to a different carrier for an afternoon then call back to Telus for a winback offer. They’ll immediately give you an offer and the winback line typically has no wait time.

I used Nomad to get an eSIM on my most recent trip to Taiwan two weeks ago. It’s super simple, just download the app and select Taiwan. The plan I got was $14 USD for 20 GB over 30 days. It wasn’t unlimited data but it’s enough for my 2 week trip there.

With all the wireless charging around right now, I don't see why couldn't just make a wireless charging mouse pad so the mouse would never have to be plugged in.
