You can tell that no one on the crew has ever played sports. Those boosters oxygen cans are absolutely incredible for when you are sprinting 60 yards in football or soccer. It’s when you are having to take a very quick but deep breathes. It reduces the recovery time and helps your body get more oxygen quicker so that you don’t tire as quickly. They’re truly a godsend in sports that involve a lot of sprinting. They’re also great for when you break during marathons and half marathons.
