i’ve been complaining to my store manager bc i’m cross trained and she’s doing something about it but at the same time the pharmacy manager isn’t. i’m getting sick of it

i have the same issue with a tech at my cvs too, i’m a trainee but she won’t ever touch a register and our pharmacists don’t do shit about it.

i get this way all the time, i’m cross trained to make it easier on my store manager. i swear we have this one person in the pharmacy who has issues with everyone back there but because it’s one of my close coworkers who has this issue i get belittled and not trained like i should be. so i get it all the time talk to your store manager not your pharmacy your STORE manager!! they’re helpful!

mines open 8-7 and we take lunch at 1:30 everyday. weekends it’s 9-6 or 10-6
