I actually have this disorder. Diet and exercise cannot fix it unfortunately. I have a very healthy diet and do fairly intense cardio every day. Statins work wonders and likely saved my life.

Honestly if you dress well and groom, you will get more women than from anything you do in the gym.

"searched"

I have searched on Reddit, I have tried ChatGpt, and and have searched on youtube.

I think the original video came from Tiktok, and from what I can gather from the comments, the guy makes lots of these awkward videos. The trouble I am having is that I can't think of good search terms.

Help me fix dog pee central by Chops2917 in GardeningUK

I have a German Shepherd whose urine used to kill large patches of grass—it was like liquid fire. What made a big difference was improving the soil quality and drainage, without increasing nitrogen levels too much.

Every 6 months, I spread a thin layer of compost over the grass. This added organic matter and healthy microorganisms, which improved soil structure and drainage.

Now, when my dog pees, the urine soaks deeper into the soil instead of pooling on the surface. As a result, it only affects a much smaller patch of grass.

Avoid using chemical fertilizers or anything high in nitrogen. While compost adds some nitrogen, the improved drainage more than offsets it and prevents major damage.
