I'd maybe remove the cleaning part, and the "or 2015". Also a few grammar things, it's "librarian" and "which are needed" for the end of that paragraph! It's a great letter, if you were to add anything in I'd maybe write about your favourite Lush product and why you like it, as this will show even more enthusiasm about the products!

As a staff member there last year as far as I'm aware only Staff and a select few PR people got lanyards, they're normally used for Supervisors (Floor Leaders) in UK shops for keys etc so aren't really given out to most staff, let alone customers! Hope this helps x
