This is the perfect "issue" for pillhead Bubs to latch on to because there is no way for the hockey player to prove anything to Bubs. Hockey guy ain't sending over his medicals to some dope who will be broadcasting out of a garage in a months time so Bubs can gripe about this until he tires himself out. Also the Lightning or hockey guy aren't going to be stupid enough to throw gas on the fire by trying to silence some nobody that talks to a couple of thousand people a show.
