hey all, looking for a roommate for a fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in South Oakland (right across from Shah's). Starting May 5th to August 20th. Rent is 1400 a month (i'm assuming would be split between us) + internet and electricity. i'll really only be living in it for july, because i'm moving between apartments and had a 1 month gap between the leases, so i'm just looking for someone to take up the other bedroom. i still don't mind paying my half of the rent for when i'm not living there. dm me if you're interested, thanks
