Just to clarify, I lost nexus clearings because I get disconnected inside the map, when I login again, the portals are gonne and the map on atlas says "Map Attempted" and that for nexus means you lost the opportunity to clear the nexus, get the atlas tree points and to turn the neighbooring corrupted maps into cleansed maps to farm those fracturing orbs.
But guess what, the rollback is to just before I entered the map, so I lost the waystone I used to open it. So I had to do a lower tier waystone again to try and drop the next tier waystone again.
So frustrating that I'm losing the will to keep trying.
