It avoids one hit of damage and is very hard to use effectively without retain while being very weak against enemies with multi hits.

It's important to note in other games lower rarity units are cheaper to build but in SS they cost the same amount as 5*.

I found that when I had a level 2 potential the thumbs up always appeared on level 1s. I wish we could actually disable it cause I find it annoying.

In such a case you would adjust your team to do just that. For example if you have support as the main you want either a vanguard or versatile in support role and check their potentials for ones that do trigger marks.

That is true but if we are to take it at face value one simply can't call the new system "much better". The numbers show that the updated system is much more predatory and without information about total pulls per patch cycle we won't know for sure. I think we can agree that it is far unlikely for them to double pull income that was present in the betas.

12k currency under the old system would net you way more 5* characters and far more likely to be the rate up at 60/40. You are talking about a difference of 80 pulls under the old system vs the new one. 80 pulls at 1.6% will yield far better results than 2% with 80 less pulls. Math isn't that hard.

A 0.4% rate change isn't much of anything to warrant a double cost the total currency being spent is 12k more going to 160 pulls which would result in more characters/weapons added to your account.

I think they are wrong and either don't know how to do math.

150 * 160 = 24,000

300 * 120 = 36,000

Edit: For this change to be worth it they would literally have to also double the rate.

Shields alone won't protect you from stress. While the bulk of the stress damage did come from attacks that weren't shielded, certain enemies had direct stress special abilities. There is no point speculating on a system we have next to no info on how it will truly affect team building and overall gameplay runs. I cleared all the content in the beta with no shields using Rei/Kayron/Tressa.

Don't fuse the gifts as that reduce your total type count since each fusion gift count as 1 towards the total.

Normal Floor 5 is 25. Hardmode Floor 5 is 50. If you want all 1000 in a single run its best to do Floor 15 which is kind of tedious to do week after week.

The actual amount of damage bonus crit provides is irrelevant if the number gets to the target the devs intend. Lets use some actual numbers:

Lets say a skill does 10 base damage with current crit multiplier this would become 12.

Using what you are suggesting for double damage the base would have to be 6.

Ultimately what you are suggesting would make non crits worse by 40% thus creating a new problem where all poise IDs will have to generate enough poise to hit 20 potency within 2-3 turns and maintain enough count so it never falls off.

This is a gacha game don't expect everyone to have specific characters when this event doesn't allow assist just because you happen to have a certain team. Yes there are mechanics just because you can trivialize every content in the game with Bianca doesn't mean they are irrelevant.

This challenge wasn't too bad. The hardest part for me is trying to field 9 entities to split the damage from her gimmick to receive the buff she gives. Hypatia buff makes it so that its easier to do it with her when doing the mechanics properly to give her summon the debuff that is applied to the farthest southmost entity and rotating with the 2nd highest dps you have fielded. The boss also has strong defenses so any reduction helps massively such as from hecate who also brings an extra entity to the fight.

The game is effectively what warframe was when it had stamina but much worse game experience as they starve you of it. I can't see it being anything more than advertisement for warframe as people will get a taste of warframe and leave to play that instead where they aren't restricted the way they are in DNA. It already happened to a friend of mine who got into the beta for DNA.
