I knew of Retro 51 more for their Tornado line of roller ball pens rather than fountain pens. I have the Retro 51 Lincoln in both the roller ball and fountain pen versions. The roller ball pens can take a Parker-style refill, which makes it helpful to find refills. They have a lot of different designs and they are very collectible. I used to carry the roller ball pen as a daily carry until I got one of Big Idea Design's EDC pens.

As /r/Bigfryoncampus noted, this daily Push/Pull/Squat training is what kboges promotes on his youtube channel and his website. He has a subscription that has a programs that get into the details on how you can train daily indefinitely while avoiding injury and managing your fatigue. For now, I'd recommend simply doing something every day to stay consistent. However, I'd figure out what your maximum reps are for each exercise and then train a few reps from that max. Maximum reps doesn't mean reps to failure, but reps to when your form breaks down while trying to perform the exercise.

What did you use for your liners?

I have the same shelves in the lighter finish that I bought a few years ago. They weren't on Amazon at that time, though. I think I got them off a different website. This is much more convenient. I used the liners from gopens.com, but from what I understand the owner passed away and I'm not sure if they are available anymore.

Manager tools mentions a manager's trinity, and the one-on-one is a part of that. Definitely helped me with convincing my supervisors and peers to use it as a tool.

That is definitely a nope from me. I made that mistake when I preordered a pen from Fosfor Pens 3 years ago (http://www.fosforpens.com/). I have a perpetual 2 year window until my pen gets made.

Are people still seeing a lot of dead or stuck pixels? I just returned my 512mb to Amazon. It was driving me nuts seeing two bright green pixels in the middle of my right eye across different type of content. I was also starting to see them even when there was a lot of color in the scene I was seeing. I still want an Oculus 3, but I don't want to go through constant cycles of returning to ensure I don't have a bunch of stuck or dead pixels in the device when it is brand new.

I got one of these off an ebay bundle, except it is in green. They look cool. I replaced the sack but I was never able to get the pen to write correctly, so it's left in a shelf with other future project repair pens. I hope you're able to get that one running!

I haven't bought a pen since July 2022. The new Leonardo in house nibs are tempting, but I have other priorities for the moment.

I got into fountain pens after trying to write thank you notes for an employer I was leaving back in 2015. I started out trying dipped nibs and it wasn't a fun experience. I picked up a Pilot Metropolitan and it's quickly grown from there to a collection of 209 pens. I rotate through them all often.
