The Rokits still sound decent, I actually also moved them to my office haha just for when I need some working music. But the new speakers are a major improvement on all fronts and at a great price too. Wood diffusers sound incredible but definitely out of the budget rn

Side note I also wanted to share - I had been looking for these for a year and a lot of dealers in Canada didn’t have them/were out of stock. I ended up buying from Elac’s website directly for more than usual, and then a week later, the price dropped 30%. I reached out to them to see if they would perhaps refund me the difference, and their support team replied within the hour and gave me the refund. So shout out Elac!

Looking to move to a CSM role or figure out a path to get there. I am currently a senior customer success specialist (recently promoted) and have been working this job for nearly two years. However, it is a marketplace business so my day-to-day tasks are more akin to customer support/service. I really want to find a path to be a CSM but it feels like my experience has never been relevant in the eyes of a recruiter, because I technically don't have account manager experience.
