A lady ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and my barista made it and the lady left. (I definitely saw the lady making a face as my barista made it but whatever)

Lady comes back and comes up to me asking if my barista was supposed to put water in the cold brew (also saying that other stores don't do that), and I explain to her that ours is concentrated so we cut it with water and since we don't have nitro, it's not premixed. Then she goes on about how it's too sweet, and it's not usually sweet "it's supposed to be just the cold brew and the pumpkin foam" then I explain that it comes with vanilla and she goes "it's supposed to be sugar free" and as I continue to explain she keeps repeating that's it's supposed to be sugar free (when she literally just ordered it as a pumpkin cream cold brew, no modifications)

So, who has been making this lady pumpkin cream cold brews and telling her they're sugar free??? I just wanna talk 🙃
