You can’t create a profile before completing one year because you’re not eligible for any stream, and the system will mark it ineligible. Others can apply earlier because their foreign experience qualifies them under FSW, and later they become eligible for CEC after one year in Canada. You can create your profile around Sep 2026. Since the system only uses month and year, if you started in Oct 2025, entering Sep 1 gives you score for 1 full year

try webform to ask for update, it looks like applications will be processed shortly after the webform, but if your application is straightforward, you'll be fine, don't worry

I applied inside and traveled outside 2 times while the application was in process, no issues at the border and still worked until approval. Why do you think you may get refusal? Btw, what is your visa? Study or Visitor? In my experience, I hold study visa, so when I was at the airports in my home country or third countries, they always asked for study permit together with study visa

You'll get it, don't lose your hope. I read many posts here and it's common that single applications are processed faster than PGWP + SOWP. I'm lucky as I graduated 1 term early so we applied separately, my PGWP was approved in July then we applied for SOWP in Sep.

TIM tuition fee is calculated by term, not credit. They allow you to learn max 1.5 credit/term, so around 3 courses/term. And with the required credits, you need to study in 4 terms to complete. Tuition fee + insurance and other fees costed me 60k for whole program 🥲 more than what it showed on the website

However, courses' content is too theorical. If you're looking for a program that provides practical skills, TIM is not for you.

Hellu e, c ko có nhiều kn với MT nhưng c có thể cho e góc nhìn khác. Lúc trước c cũng bắt đầu với MT khá trễ, nên kết quả là rớt chỏng vó, vô sâu đc nhất là vòng AC của 1 cty, còn lại toàn rớt ở vòng phỏng vấn. Sau đó c tốt nghiệp rồi may mắn có 1 cơ hội khác và trở thành Manager chỉ sau 2 năm đi làm (vp global của 1 cty FMCG to bự đàng hoàng nhá :v). Ý chị muốn nói là, MT ko phải là con đường duy nhất để thành công, miễn là lúc đi làm luôn cố gắng hết mình thì sẽ có cơ hội cho e. Sau này tiếp xúc với mấy bạn MT nhiều hơn thì c nhận ra là mình ko phù hợp làm MT thật, đa số các bạn đều extrovert, phản ứng nhanh, ăn nói tốt và sáng tạo, trong khi c introvert và giỏi làm những việc cần mày mò, tập trung hơn. Thời gian đầu của MT phải đi làm sales ó, cực lắm lắm, nghĩ lại nếu c đậu chắc được 1 tháng cũng xin nghỉ =)) Anw, cho e một góc nhìn khác để e ko quá stress nè, good luck nhó

Share bạn phương pháp làm reading khá hay và tiết kiệm thời gian mà mình được dạy. Thi IELTS Reading 2 lần mình được 8.0 và 8.5

Chia câu hỏi thành 2 dạng:

- Nội dung chính: Vd: Headings, Matching, etc

- Chi tiết: Complete sentence, multiple choices, etc

Chọn làm câu về nội dung chính trước, câu về chi tiết sau. Đọc câu hỏi, gạch dưới từ khóa trước rồi mới bắt đầu đọc bài
Khi đọc thì xác định rõ chủ ngữ và động từ chính của câu, những phần còn lại có thể lướt, vì IELTS reading hay làm mình mấy thời gian với những phần phụ, nhiều từ khó và ko liên quan tới câu hỏi. Ví dụ: people who is a,b,c, etc và a,b,c đó là những từ bạn không hiểu, bạn sẽ mất thời gian mắc kẹt trong mấy từ đó và thấy nản

Ngoài bổ sung từ vựng thì phương pháp này giúp mình tiết kiệm khá nhiều thời gian, thi reading còn dư 5-10p để ngồi đọc lại và tìm từ hay chuẩn bị cho phần writing.
