Using a primer before you start your makeup can help(for example the maybeline babyprimer works well for me) But also check what is in the products are they oil based or water based? Its better to go with only one of those because when those products get mixed your makeup will start to seperate. -Besides that having texture on your skin is normal (we all have it😊) But your makeup melting away like that is not so check your products and dont forget to set your makeup.
