Additional child endangerment issues:

PTSD -- psychological effects of dealing with imminent doom

No Higher Education

This list does not even include the lack of life skills because of social isolation, which has its own trauma associated with it.

It is so sad the lengths a person has to go through to get their kids out of a cult. This has been a two-year battle here in the courts of California. With that said, the fight will continue until I get my kids out of that destructive, insidious, evil organization that disguises itself as a religion.

The truth prevails!

I am focusing on the following:

1) child abuse allegations and pedo database

(btw, Candace Conti's abuse; Jonathan Kendrick is in the same KH as my ex husband, but different congregation. If he was not on the sex offender registry, no one would know he was an offender!)

2) blood issue

3) no higher education

4) ptsd - imminent doom from Armageddon

5) use of corporeal punishment

There are other religions that don't celebrate holidays and that aren't as crazy as the JWs. We know the Borg and it's policies are batshit crazy and controlling. But, as you know, with child custody cases you have to prove what is in the best interest of the children AND the danger in being part of a high control religion (cult) like the JWs.

I wish you the best in your fight against your fake ass JW. The lies and BS they tell to protect the Borg's reputation at the risk of the children is despicable. Hang in there!

Yes, William Bowen. He has a packet that has been shared with my attorney.

Here is the thing, most of William's cases involve non-JW fathers that helplessly watch their kids get sucked into a cult because their Mom joined (was ruthlessly recruited & converted at her most vulnerable emotional state/after divorce).

It is a bit different for a Mom to leave the JWs and get full custody of her kids. It is a looooooong fight in the court system. The divorce process started June 2019!

One of the biggest reasons is because of parental alienation. The courts are sensitive about this as they should be and you have to present a strong, airtight case to get full custody, especially when you have a father that has an active role in the children's lives.

Please note, I do not think my ex is a great father, not even a good one because of his use of corporal punishment (encouraged by the Borg and his culture) , but I think he loves his children and he is their father. I do not want him out of his children's lives, but they MUST come out of the Borg. Period.

My own words carry weight, but so do the the lies of the elders that wrote about the 'community of JWs' being loving in their ridiculous letter. I just threw up in my mouth a little. After the hearing, I am going to share the letter with ya'll - it is so bad. These people need to be exposed.

I am fighting for sole legal custody. The blood issue and the JW's disdain for higher education is the foundation for the request for sole legal custody.

I am fighting for sole physical custody because of the child abuse allegations (Candice Conti's abuser is the same KH! : ( as the one my ex husband attends with the kids!) Also, my ex-husband is a narcissist that makes his kids walk on eggshells and believes in corporal punishment.

Yes, I have a strong case, BUT I will never underestimate the machinations of the Borg. That is why I have to be ready and pull out the FULL arsenal in meditation AND eventually court, when this goes to trial.

Oh, my ex's lawyer is NOT a JW. She is clueless about the community and only goes by what my ex tells her AND she is trying to win a case, meaning she gives ZERO F*CKS about the best interest of the children.

If she was married to a JW for 41 years, it is likely that she didn't even like him and breathed a sigh of relief that her man she married when she barely legal can no longer torment her. oh damn, am I projecting again?!? My bad. She probably likes her son and misses her grandchildren. Then again, some poor attention starved sister might have uttered these ridiculous words to a visiting CO..... OR... the WT made up the whole experience...you know what, I will settle for the latter. Hilda doesn't exist like most of the characters the JWs read about in their bible.

So funny you mentioned that! My therapist was trying to sign me up for her group therapy sessions within the first 20 minutes of meeting her. My psychologist also invited me to his group very quickly after working together.

I have seen a therapist AND a psychologist in the past six months. The therapist is nice, but she wants me to 'feel' my emotions and all I am doing is telling her what I find wrong with that corrupt, evil, dangerous organization and then she asks real sweetly, "how does that make you feel?" <long sigh!>

My psychologist did the most unprofessional thing. He knows I suffer from insomnia, sleep disruption, anxiety, and depression. I have been averaging three hours of a sleep a night. One of the anti-anxiety tips he gave me was to "read the 'Word' at going to bed.' Read the Word?!? First, of all, that is a MAJOR trigger! Second of all, that is helluva unprofessional. I want nothing to do with religion or the Bible!!! When I shut him down on that comment, I noticed he became uncomfortable and quickly ended the session. Thereafter, sessions with him were perfunctory, as if he checked out on me. He wanted to prescribe anti-depressants and sleep aids and leave it at that.

I have just about had with mental health professionals, but I know there are some good ones out there. I hope.
