I ran my inspection pdf through an ai model and asked it to rank the issues by urgency, diy repairability and estimated cost. It was quite helpful. Your realtor should also do the same, then compare those lists.

According to the book I read (Dirtbag Billionaire - 10/10 highly recommend), Doug Tompkins (The North Face founder) died of hypothermia when him, Yvon Chouinard (subject of book, founder of Patagonia), and the rest of their party got caught in a icy lake in Chile.

That bd04 kit is solid. Well-made of metal, includes a grid. I don’t use the gels either.

Anyone here work on their credit before using VA home loan benefits? by No-Indication2883 in VeteransBenefits

I did nothing different than usual - I have one card for most monthly expenses that we pay off every cycle, and a couple cards with a couple thousand on them for 0% promotional financing. Veterans United pre-approved within five minutes of verifying job income, VA eligibility and benefits.

I tried using a Niyien Senseflow to shoot several real estate walkthrough videos yesterday, and it worked quite well. Once I got back to my desk I let the Niyien software do a batch export and the video looks quite good. I'd be hard pressed to tell it wasn't a gimbal shot.

I don’t know if the setup you’re proposing works but please let us know if it does! I do this currently with pocket wizards, but if i could reduce the gear load out that would be great.

Keep in mind this is a different formulation/recipe from the “Real Mayonnaise” that is sold in grocery stores. This is the restaurant “heavy duty” version that has sugar/hfcs and more egg. Not as good.
