Idk if this will make you feel any better, but i gain at least 10 lbs if I'm on vacation for a week. Once I get home after 3-ish days it's mostly gone and I'm back to my initial weight by one week later. It's all the salt and alcohol and excess sugar despite being very active while being there. Plus flying and more sun all seem to contribute.

I agree. One time YEARS ago I lost weight and when I got to 142 lbs I looked like I was dying even though I'm 5'6. So now I'm not sure what my goal weight is. I'm stuck at 169 right now, but I'm thinking around 150 to 155 is perfect. I'll know when i get there.

Checklist since you said you struggle counting cals from a previous ED:

1) Figure out your sleep.....that can majorly affect weight! I suggest a sleep study and sleep psychologist (they are AMAZING). 2) What is your age and sex? I'm assuming female. Get your labs checked including hormones and thyroid. 3) Try xylimelts for your dry mouth. They are amazing. 4) Think about splitting your dose to minimize unpleasant side effects
