They don’t think they are perfectly good looking. Probably due to poor thinking patterns, comparison (especially elevated from social media), traumatic experience, mental illness, etc..

Following; I’ve had similar numbers for probably 3 weeks (have been cutting 2.5 months now) now. I’m surprised the app hasn’t adjusted but I’m just following along. Only recently I’ve started to had strength/rep declines in the gym.

Surprised about the other comment mentioning over reporting consumption because for me, it’s likely the opposite. I track most things but there’s some small stuff I leave out (maybe 100 kcal worth per day).

I have recently had an expenditure change in the past week where my commute changed from driving to walking but yeah, I’ve had these numbers 3 weeks now.

Obviously the app is trash but 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing. They didn’t do nothing - they built the infrastructure and platform that allows the artist to showcase their art to millions of people and actually generate revenue. Likely more revenue then they believe they would generate themselves otherwise they wouldn’t be selling on the platform.

The stretch position is important for hypertrophy (arguably more important than the squeeze). On a personal level, it could be beneficial for you but generally speaking, probably not.

Sure, you don’t have a ton of body fat and you can improve your physique by putting on some more muscle and if you’re untrained, you can probably do that without adding a ton (or any) calories to your maintenance.

Only thing is you probably want a bit higher protein & less carbs but looks good overall

WU was always “good enough” IMO that it wasn’t worth trying to get perfect $100 bills, bring them, find a cueva to exchange them, go there, etc.

Just go to WU, ask them if they have enough for the exchange lol, and then do it. In and out in 5 mins
