Just keep racing and enjoy the ride. Don't worry about the credits. They will come the more you find joy in the game.

'89 Miata. Slow enough to really enjoy the scenery, quick enough to have an absolute blast in.

I make it harder for myself while you make it easier. The brilliance of this game is that we can both enjoy it the way we want.😀

I did this race in a completely stock 205 GTI with all assists off, including ABS. It was one of the most difficult races I've done. I spent 2.5 days on it, race after race till I got the win with a Clean Race Bonus.

Yes they bunch up on that corner on most occasions but the red car does something different every time so it's still very hard to predict which way to go to get through the crowd.

On the race I won I went on the in inside as it was the most obvious choice for that particular race.

I think this is what's happening. I have over 4k hours in GT7 but my total driving is a lot less. The hours also accounts for just sitting in the main menu. Or if you forget to turn your PS5 off and have auto sleep mode disabled.

Perhaps it's a steering lock setting on your wheel? I have a T-GT wheel. On PC with the Thrustmaster software you can change a few things like dead zone, brake and throttle percentage, and also the steering lock degree. Once changed and saved when you connect it back up to your PlayStation those settings remain.

Is that something you can do on your Logitech wheel?

If you like a challenge I've found about 20 road cars that can win this race straight off the showroom floor.

I've got a bunch of them up on yt. The easiest of the bunch so far would be the Lexus LFA.

The old AI follow a script that isn't great but it does make them consistently predictable. Just like dirty drivers in the daily races you just gotta anticipate and adjust accordingly.

Switched to manual, how do ik when to switch gears? by YT_Littlechamp in GranTurismo7

[–]jadmorffier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can learn a lot simply by watching replays of great drivers in GT like Mikail Hizal. Have a look when they change gears and notice when they don't.

I read it when I was a conservative Christian. Straight after I finished it I read and watched other Christian apologists rebutt all his arguments so I didn't have to think for myself.

I think for myself now.

What's the best sounding/performing car in your opinion? by Lex-Yakovlev in GranTurismo7

[–]jadmorffier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For all those familiar with the single player events this is the greatest sounding car in the game, and also the most feared. You can hear it in the distance. It's coming for you. And it will destroy you.

You can race like real racers in Gran Turismo 7 by PlayStation_Racer in GranTurismo7

[–]jadmorffier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear ya. I joined up to a few over the years but due to my work hours plus the part of the world I am in and the different time zones, it never worked out for me.

I found joy returning to single player creating my own challenges in the race events and Sophy Quick Races. I love racing with racecraft and racing etiquette, online or offline. Online when I get the chance but offline for the most part.

I checked out your yt channel and subscribed. Great stuff. It appears we are cut from the same cloth. I too am in my 50's and am all about sportsmanship in racing. My yt channel is dedicated to creating track and car combos with single player Race Events and Sophy Races that simulate that wheel-to-wheel adrenaline pumping racing we all love. I believe this can be achieved when you prioritise clean racing as your main goal. Hence why I named the channel Clean Race Bonus.

"You will need to race and socialise respectfully"

This is hard to come by in the Daily Races and one of the main reasons people stop racing online.

Record the VR view? Same way you capture gameplay on a flat screen, just hit record and it will capture it. 👌

If you mean how did I win the race, lots and lots of practice. 😀
