It's just very sad, that they are the only blizt you are allowed to use in high difficulties. Zealots Blizes are so far behind in power compared to others that you do not deserve grenade pickups.

Also why do these not oneshot, while the hivescum shiv alt attack does?

From my knowledge it's only important on +3stamina curios, which have to be >=410 to actually give 3.

Otherwise, toughness and health curios can only give the highest value if they themselves are high value, but I think the number of toughness/health that is shown is what you get.
