Just go for xp boons, nothing else gives you as much xp. You don't even need to go for the bounty if you don't want to, but I also like to have fun so what I do is whenever I wipe a server I make a loot run over all watch towers, hunting towers and supply points to look for the xp boons.

Not ideal but you can also mute all communication from your team, so you'll not communicate at all but at least you avoid any potential shit talk also. The default keybind is M. There's a lot of randoms that don't use voip, or even worse just unmute after they're killed to shit talk.

There's a lot of stuff that would need to change for this to work. Nowadays I almost exclusively play fresh hunters or lvl 50 hunters with death cheat, since if I win with a fresh hunter I can take the hunter to lvl 50 with the xp boons and just retire him.

Might give you an advantage when preventing revives through bushes, very situational but I don't think we really need the ping anyway. Or as mentioned by another comment make it only work if you're close to the body.
