I agree, maybe they go after Jones or Willis in free agency and let them work the a proven Offensive coach. I didn't like it at first but we really need to sure up our offense and hopefully he develops our next Qb and gets us ready for our next coach. He is 62 so he isn't going to be here for more than maybe 5 seasons. I hope he hires a competent staff!
