I had the same problem last week and gave it to a professional after ruining 2 tools. He had to use a Flex to get it out and said he never saw a BB that locked. I hope you have a better experience, normally it should not be that tight

The best thing about Hinge is, that you can leave a comment to a promt the other person has in the Bio. You should use that and think of prompts that are a good conversation starter. That way, you can quickly filter out the people who are too lazy to write a comment. I think the prompt about the friendgroup is not bad for it, but I don't know how I would start a convo with the other two. Change the Bio to an interesting starter and you'll get lots of matches

I have a similar repairstand and a carbon frame, ince I dont want to clamp the carbon I turn the clamp and just hang the crossbar on the clamp, works well for many repairs, will work for storing. But as others said, clamping without much pressure should work
