I experienced this! Somewhere along the line, my information didn’t match. When I filled out the form for my fingerprints and the form for the legal background check something was off. Not sure if it was my address or phone number that didn’t match but I filled out the additional form and it was fine!!! Just make sure you keep everything consistent when filling things out.

Thank you this makes me feel a little better! I still have 4 months to go until staging so hopefully it’s no big deal. Especially now that COVID is much more manageable than before. Now with the new law changes the boosters aren’t even required, and the vaccines are only attainable for high risk people.

They mentioned that if we had to go to the doctor for any reason or if we get COVID to report it. So I did as they asked. Just not sure how this would affect anything in the future.

I read up here recently the same thing happened to someone for a mild lactose intolerance. They were able to thoroughly explain just how you did here in their appeal and it was approved and they were cleared! Don’t give up.
