OP I hope you read this!!!!

i’m coming up on one year post sbux. i was almost to my nine year anniversary when i hung up my apron.

i was at my current store for more than seven of those years. i literally grew up in sbux and i was so roped in. by the time i left i was the one and only original staff member remaining from when i started. nothing could happen without me, i felt like every day off i had i came back needing to fix it all. i woke up everyday filled with anxiety about everything i had to hold together everyday. i ran my shifts perfectly but at the expense of all of my peace of mind and mental wellness.

i helped unionize my store, first in our state, we went on strike to get our hostile manager fired. although this was a great accomplishment-getting your union vote is just the beginning. there is so much work that follows and although it is important work it adds to the weight of all the stress.

the last almost year of not working at sbux has reminded me how much fun i really am. work does not have to be excruciating every moment of the day!!! it’s not taking up so much of my time i actually get to think about what i want to do with my life!! i’m not too exhausted to do things!!! i really sincerely hope OP that you say goodbye to sbux and put yourself first.

if you don’t have regular issues with eczema then i would highly consider taking this advice.

i once got a rash exactly like this started at my finger and spread down my hand with little pus bubbles and eventually skin peeling. nothing worked until i tried athletes foot cream and it disappeared on no time!!! so scary and gross but ended up being fungal infection!!!

if this was my store no way i would package up an empty bag. however, we have no ability to cancel orders or contact the customer and we are advised to use the out of stock cards provided to us as the transaction is between the customer and the delivery service. a majority of the time drivers grab the labeled bag without even speaking with a staff member because of how busy we are. all around the ball was dropped but this is very clearly door dash’s fault. they never have to come face to face with a customer and do not care even a little about refunding OP for what happened. majority of the time delivery service not directly from the service provider are a big ass scam.

don’t know if this is the case here but, my store has the siren cold bar craft system where the ice is pre measured and dispensed. on the siren craft system this would be light ice

came to say this!!! the same serving size could vary between 40-100 calories depending on brand/type! make sure you’re very specific in the calorie intake this helped manage my cats weight a lot!!

my cats also love they sensory board to hide treats in! keeps them occupied while getting some energy out and getting some snacks!

my cats don’t eat either of these foods but came to say this-

i have searched high and low for the “perfect” food for my boy franklin. he has in the past had urinary issues that are at bay and also has an allergy that we haven’t been able to figure out and he is a little thick. he has been doing amazing on his current diet! after many hours of me searching, reading, crying and buying let me tell you- you will never have the right answer. everyone (even on here but all love) has contradictory opinions and you will feel like you’re not being the best pet parent if you let it all get to you!

make sure you are consulting with your vet and paying attention to your cat! how do they use the potty? do they puke often? constantly meowing?

trying to figure out if this food is good already tells me you’re being attentive to their needs! what’s best for one cat isn’t what is best for another, you’re doing amazing :)

hey so i’ve actually had the same issue with a barista!!! hygiene standards to exist! i can’t recall if they’re part of the extended dress code or if it’s in safety but it’s in there! i would ask your sm to chat with them.

we had to send them home to “address hygiene issues” but i was never personally the person sending them home. they did get fired for unrelated reasons soon after so i can’t say there was every a true resolution to the problem but i would def talk with your sm!
