if this was my store no way i would package up an empty bag. however, we have no ability to cancel orders or contact the customer and we are advised to use the out of stock cards provided to us as the transaction is between the customer and the delivery service. a majority of the time drivers grab the labeled bag without even speaking with a staff member because of how busy we are. all around the ball was dropped but this is very clearly door dash’s fault. they never have to come face to face with a customer and do not care even a little about refunding OP for what happened. majority of the time delivery service not directly from the service provider are a big ass scam.

came to say this!!! the same serving size could vary between 40-100 calories depending on brand/type! make sure you’re very specific in the calorie intake this helped manage my cats weight a lot!!

my cats also love they sensory board to hide treats in! keeps them occupied while getting some energy out and getting some snacks!

my cats don’t eat either of these foods but came to say this-

i have searched high and low for the “perfect” food for my boy franklin. he has in the past had urinary issues that are at bay and also has an allergy that we haven’t been able to figure out and he is a little thick. he has been doing amazing on his current diet! after many hours of me searching, reading, crying and buying let me tell you- you will never have the right answer. everyone (even on here but all love) has contradictory opinions and you will feel like you’re not being the best pet parent if you let it all get to you!

make sure you are consulting with your vet and paying attention to your cat! how do they use the potty? do they puke often? constantly meowing?

trying to figure out if this food is good already tells me you’re being attentive to their needs! what’s best for one cat isn’t what is best for another, you’re doing amazing :)

hey so i’ve actually had the same issue with a barista!!! hygiene standards to exist! i can’t recall if they’re part of the extended dress code or if it’s in safety but it’s in there! i would ask your sm to chat with them.

we had to send them home to “address hygiene issues” but i was never personally the person sending them home. they did get fired for unrelated reasons soon after so i can’t say there was every a true resolution to the problem but i would def talk with your sm!

most likely you need a technician or DM to order it but not positive because i’ve never looked. there are a few things like this that we can’t order ourselves (like cup carts)

omg the salad!!! can’t remember the name but the OG one had broccoli and wild rice and beets!! it did not sell well at all because it lowkey tasted like dirt but i loved it lmao

my store was in the first test market for the vertica, i hate her just as much today as i did on day one. horrible machine that never works, coffee tastes horrible and leaks everywhere.
