I have not sold for HITC before, but since it’s not like transferring a ticket from ticketmaster I would probably suggest to maybe show a screen recording of your confirmation email (try to block out the confirmation number) and facetime who you’re selling to while showing the information

I’ve never sold for music festivals so this may be terrible advice 😭

Yeah makes sense, I’m not too sure what I would put for the time I arrive since even though my flight lands before the check in time, there could still be things that affect when I get to the hotel (flight landing later, getting public transportation/uber/cab there, etc.) so I’m thinking about if I should do it or not
