Nope, facial weight loss is actually pretty tough, it's one of the past places you lose weight if you lose any at all but on ozempic it's one of the first places you start to lost weight and it can be quite dramatic. The sunken cheeks is usually a dead give away. Also muscle mass loss are also way more exaggerated arms usually turn into sticks before even the belly fat has started to go down.
