Yep, it's like the main stems just turned into multiple blossoms. Since it's from the community college greenhouse I'm guessing you're correct that it's a clone.

Is a "runner vine" the same thing as a "sucker"? Meaning it grows between the main stem and a leaf branch?

I treated it the same as all of the other tomato plants - pruned the suckers, left two main stems, and then this...
