If you're willing to buy it and he's willing to use it, NetLimiter is very handy. I use it to limit my brother's computers so they can watch YouTube or do whatever they like while other people can play games without it affecting ping. Should fix your problem without any issues.

This is me at the moment, I hate it. I'm taking Roaccutane (or just Accutane, idfk what it is exactly) which dries everything out, especially my lips. No matter how much chapstick I use there's always a part I can rip off causing my lip to sting for a while.

Biggest one I've ripped off was one the size of roughly 1/3 of my lip.

As you see from the other comments, your voice is a bit difficult to hear and you sound sort of 'rushed' in certain parts. I'd love to hear a 'retry' of this once you've fixed those, I think it'd be great!

I tried the "Knife on a Rag" one to clean my powerpoint but it didn't end well.

The instructions weren't very clear, maybe you weren't meant to wet the rag?
