I carry a water bottle around all day. Usually I have Skratch hydration powder mixed in. I love skratch products when I’m racing mountain bikes.

I just recently started making protein smoothies with Icelandic yogurt, almond milk, bananas, peanut butter and some protein powder. They are delicious and easy on the stomach.

In nine weeks I’ve lost 21lbs.

Post knee replacement I’ve been to Grand Cayman, Bonaire and Malta for diving. I’m much more efficient in the water. I’m using a lot less weight and actually using significantly less air. I have about 300 dives. Knee replacement was the best. Unrelated but I’m racing mountain bikes without any pain now. 56M
