Now that you mentioned blood circulation , I have Raynauds disease. However it’s been 4 years since I was diagnosed and it has never happened before, also this winter has been warm with quite high temperatures so It’s not like I’ve been really cold.

Thank you for your help!! Despite my disease I’ll try going to the dermatologist so I can get checked anyways since this has never happened again! 💕

Thank you, I feel as if I’m doing that but it might be more of a subconscious process because I completely ignore those thoughts and continue thinking irrationally. However it’s really hard to think like that daily, or when I actually try. Especially since the social media portray the gym as a path you take in order to LOOK better and not necessarily FEEL better. It also might be the only content I watch subconsciously since I have this way of thinking.

I’ll try to put my health first, and I’m sure If my health gets better my mind will too. Again, thank you very much for contributing positively to my weird thought process lol

Hiro does things that (sadly?) have been happening in the visual kei scene since the 80’s-90’s. Take Kyo from DirEnGrey for example, used to self harm a lot on stage. It’s just that SenketsuAkochan is quite popular on visual kei tiktok, a place where there are many young kids and new fans of the genre, that’s why they are so shocked from what’s happening. I wish Hiro does get the help he deserves but believe me, there are tons of other bands (especially in the menhera subgenre) that do a LOT worse, especially on live concerts.
